Kure-nai ep3 is just as good as the previous 2 episodes, you feel the characters change and evolve after each episode. Shinkurou starts to become more reliable, he’s also becoming more fatherlike towards Murasaki.
Murasaki is still a child you really get that but she has remarkable sence of justice for her age. She has still not adapted to society they show that in the scene in the train with the old lady. But Shinkurou is trying his best to teach her, which in ep1 seemed impossible but now after the incident in the bathhouse in ep2 i get the feeling that Murasaki trusts Shinkurou.

Here Murasaki is feeling like she is a nuisance to Shinkurou.
Also there was this part where Murasaki found this Naked man and called Shinkurou because she thought he seemed to be in pain lol. hilatious shows me that there is still sence of humor in Kure-nai.
Here she has called Shinkurou about the naked man in pain, as you can see he’s not really alive 
.
And then it ends in a Mysterious way with Shinkurou leaving the house at night and Murusaki finding out
